I only seen a few bad comments about them, usually from users who violate the terms of service but I have had no issues with them whatsoever. Considering that many customers and years being in service, It's a trusted and valued software I have enjoyed. Just remember Save Wizard has well over 5 million customers. Being as such, there is some who cry when they get revoked and review bomb. Save Wizard prohibits services and online modding, of course. All possible because of the existence of Save Wizard.
